Why you Need Goals

The importance of goal setting is in the relief it brings. If you know in your heart that you will be satisfied in getting just three important things done in a day, the entire day is given a new air.

The deal is that you have to have discipline. You need to be able to trust yourself that you will accomplish the tasks that you write down – so make them easy. You’re never going to get out of doing laundry, so just write that one off. Let accomplishments fuel you. Go wild. Do the things you have been putting off. Relax. Move silently and get things done. You’ll become a goal-setting, goal-accomplishing machine.
